Try some of our favourite classics: Homemade Pate, Foie Gras poelé with Calvados baked apples, Homemade Tagliatelle with duck and mushrooms, Duck Confit with potatoes Sarladaises, Rabbit in Mustard Sauce, Steak Tartar, Crème Brulée and Fondant au chocolat. We open early, close late and our guests often linger for hours after their meal with a glass of brandy, enjoying the atmosphere.
